I’ve always loved nature and as a young child was fascinated with the way cameras captured moments you could keep forever. I got my first manual film camera at 19 and have been in love with photography ever since. My love of photography brought me closer to nature and my love of nature has deepened through my photography.

It was a given that I would become a nature photographer.

Believing that almost everyone resonates with nature, my photos, being momentary glimpses into the natural world, might create a sense of connection, calm and wonder. My hope is that the viewer will be moved by my images and perhaps have a desire to explore, preserve and protect these amazing places and wildlife. Nature is a balm to the soul and for me, an absolute necessity!
